Features
* High performance, high cost-effectiveness. Low cost, high performance.
* Particularly suitable for high speed and high charge conditions.
* Two models available: 101 and 201, with different body structures. Different fiber lengths can also be selected.
* Model 101 can reach up to 4 meters in length, Model 201 up to 3 meters.
Working Principle of the Anti-Static Brush
The "brush" contains a large number of highly conductive fibers. The fine tips of the fibers (brush tips) concentrate the electrostatic field and ionize the air.
Ionized air provides ions of opposite polarity to neutralize static electricity, allowing it to flow through the brush body into the ground.
The fiber tips do not need to contact the material to be neutralized; typically, a distance of 2-3mm is maintained. If contact with the material is allowed, static elimination performance is further improved due to additional ion conduction.
The static eliminator body must be connected to the ground.
Applications
Fraser static brushes are used in packaging machines, gravure and flexographic printing machines, coating machines, laminating machines, labeling and coding machines, inkjet printers, print binding, digital printing, sleeving machines, and countless other processes.
